Kele Affiliates, Kele Singapore, International, Facebook-affiliated accounts, plus Freight Collect in certain areas are excluded, but exclusions may not be limited to these audiences. Customer is responsible for the cost of ground rate(s) for the Kele 2-Day or Kele Next-Day for the Price of Ground ship method.
Kele may elect to ship from various locations using Kele carrier of choice. Kele is not at fault or responsible for inclement weather or natural disasters that may affect shipping or delivery time.
Order(s) must meet the following specifications to qualify for “Kele 2-Day” or “Kele Next-Day” offer and ship method: order must be fully processed, without holds, by 4:00 p.m. Central, Monday-Friday; price of single order must be a minimum of $50.00 pre-sales tax for select audiences; order shipping address must be located within the defined “Kele 2-Day” or “Kele Next-Day” geographic region; single order must contain only in-stock items that are eligible for two-day or next-day delivery by a carrier; order must be able to ship complete in one shipment.
If a single order has one or more non-qualified items, the entire order (and all items in the order) will ship standard ground. Qualified orders processed after 4:00 p.m. Central or entered on weekends or holidays will ship two-day or next-day on next available business day.
The following items DO NOT QUALIFY for “Kele 2-Day” or “Kele Next-Day” offer: custom assemblies, calibrations/calibrated parts, and panels. The following order types DO NOT QUALIFY for “Kele 2-Day” or “Kele Next-Day” offer: drop-ship items, EDI orders, orders that must ship via freight carrier(s). Select audiences cannot combine KeleSaver Free Freight with “Kele 2-Day” or “Kele Next-Day” ship method.
Shipping upgrades (e.g., Priority Overnight) do not qualify and will be at the full expense of the customer.
