User Experience & Design Manager – Memphis, TN

The User Experience & Design Manager will be responsible for improving and leading the end-to-end customer experience across all Kele Companies.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/bachelor’s degree;=
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience;
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Lucid (or similar technology);
  • Strong visual style and thorough understanding of UI/UX & how typography/layout/color/images/interactivity impact design solutions;
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud & IS.

HR Generalist – Memphis, TN

The HR Generalist will help drive the recruitment process through collaboration with multiple operational teams, developing cutting-edge recruitment techniques and conducting and scheduling interviews while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates. This position will also assist in designing and implementing innovative associate engagement and career growth programs as well as assist with the coordination and implementation of key projects and organizational initiatives, while providing a broad range of administrative and technical support to the Human Resources department. This position will also assist and become proficient in payroll and benefits administration.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience with at least three years in the role of HR Generalist or Recruiter; or an equivalent combination of education and experience (must have verifiable recruiting experience)
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Foundational knowledge of current trends and practices of human resources administration, basic understanding of employee classification, benefits, recruitment and selection, training, and employee relations
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with applicants as well as build and maintain relationships with associates at all levels

Marketing Manager – Memphis, TN

The Marketing Manager is a seasoned marketing strategist who develops omnichannel plans to meet business goals and oversees execution, performance, and optimizations. In addition, this role supports leadership in execution of the omnichannel roadmap.

Strategic Partnership Manager – Memphis, TN

The primary role of the Strategic Partnership Manager is to generate revenue from potential customers and increase share of wallet of existing customers by networking, visiting, calling or other means. The incumbent is required to grow and retain existing accounts by planning solution-oriented approaches that are consistent with the account management plan for each customer. The Strategic Partnership Manager will partner with mid and senior level management, inside sales executives, marketing, and technical staff to ensure that consistent and value-added approaches are provided to the customer.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Thorough knowledge of BAS market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and the company’s competitors is required
  • Undergraduate/bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Superior telephone & face to face selling skills to ask probing questions and induce customers to purchase more and interpret customer’s response for business development and customer intimacy

Mechanical Assembler – Memphis, TN

The primary role of the Mechanical Assembler is to select and prepare panel back plates and enclosures with assembly of components in preparation for panel wiring. Cross-train as Panel Technician I to assemble enclosures, protection, communication, and control devices, such as switches, relays, transformers, transmitters, and switchboards for low complexity or repeat panels (as defined by Kele standards).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Minimum of one-year related work experience;
  • Ability to work in a safe manner while ensuring accuracy in all transactions and meet and maintain the position’s production requirements;
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Panel Packer – Memphis, TN

The Panel Packer completes the packing process for control panels and accompanying accessories for shipment per customer specific requirements. Coordinates with Panel Inspection and Kele shipping department for delivery to customers.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 70 pounds;

Account Executive (Industrial) – Spokane, WA

The Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue from potential industrial process customers and increasing wallet share by networking, visiting, calling or other means. They are required to grow and retain existing accounts by planning persuasive approaches and presenting new solutions and services to convince customers to increase their business volume with the company. The Account Executive works with senior level management, business development managers, inside branch sales and technical staff, and marketing.

Business Development Manager – Bensonville, IL

The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing the growth of the industrial valve portfolio, primarily by conducting sales visits to customer locations, as well as managing vendor relationships and ensuring growth expectations are being met. The Business Development manager is also responsible for managing direct accounts and increasing wallet share by networking, visiting, calling or other means. The Business Development Manager provides continued training and technical support for staff and customers, works with other members of the outside sales team to specify equipment for their opportunities, and is expected to be the subject matter expert for their area of responsibility.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of seven years of related work experience
  • Thorough knowledge of the industrial process market, the solutions/services the company provides, and the company’s competitors
  • Field experience and technical expertise in the valve category

The Sales Consultant works with branch team members to proactively meet TCS customers’ expectations by delivering exceptional customer service at the branch sales counter, over the phone and via email.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales Consultant – Tulsa, OK

The primary role of the Sales Consultant is to generate revenue from select accounts and increase wallet share of existing customers by networking, emailing, calling or other means. They are required to grow and retain existing accounts by planning persuasive approaches and presenting new solutions and services to convince customers to increase their business volume with the company. The Sales Consultant works with A-tech management, outside sales, product specialists, plant managers, maintenance technicians, and buyers within targeted accounts.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two to four years of undergraduate work or associate’s degree
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use company software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Basic knowledge of industrial automation applications and products and/or complete knowledge of A-tech’s product offering
  • Understanding of the role of A-tech’s customers, consultants, contractors, and end users
