Positions Available

Senior Software Developer – Memphis, TN

The Senior Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Kele’s key business and e-commerce platforms using the latest modern web and mobile development technologies. This role requires the analysis and development of system requirements, program specifications, and code/unit testing under limited supervision to meet business requirements and specifications for large projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/bachelor’s degree and applicable certification(s).
  • Solid understanding of front-end frameworks, such as Angular.
  • Knowledge of and experience with:
    • Modern Web Technologies (REST, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript), Angular and similar frameworks and languages.
    • Microsoft >NET (C#/VB) and .NET Core.
    • Microsoft IIS and node.js web server technologies.
    • Microsoft SQL / Transact SQL DBMS .
    • BaaS/PaaS Cloud implementations.
  • Some knowledge of and experience with digital marketing technologies including web analytics. Site search, content management, and display advertising.
  • Experience with Git workflow.

Business Unit Controller ​ – Memphis, TN

The Business Unit Controller oversees and manages the fiscal functions of the assigned business unit of the organization in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) while providing financial information about company activities that will assist management and its shareholders in making economic decisions about the company’s future.

Senior Technical Sales Support Specialist – Memphis, TN

The Senior Technical Sales Support Specialist provides technical expertise, guidance, and support to both internal and external customers for Kele products and services.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience
  • Must have knowledge of the BAS industry to include the role of customers, consultants, contractors, and end users as well as a BAS applications and products.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Distribution/Warehouse Clerk – Memphis, TN

The Distribution/Warehouse Clerk is expected to demonstrate the ability to work in a safe manner, ensure accuracy in all transactions, and meet or maintain the position’s production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound:
Verifies and keeps records on outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties:

  • Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of outgoing shipments to verify information against shipping orders or other records;
  • Packages SKU’s as instructed using correct packing materials;
  • Processes shipments using provided shipping system, following all instructions;
  • Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or identifying shipping information on cartons;
  • Posts weights for shipping charges;
  • Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications; and
  • Stocks and prepares workstation with shipping materials and supplies.

Inbound:
Receives, stores, and issues equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, or parts and compiles stock records in warehouse by performing the following duties:

  • Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or packing list and examines stock to verify conformance to specifications;
  • Communicates inaccuracies on inbound SKU’s to supervisor and stages freight in question as directed (OSD storage), marking paperwork as needed;
  • Stores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as part number, size, system directions or type of material;
  • Transfers receipts to stocking zone, storing in overstock if needed; completes put away of non-conveyable receipts;
  • Handles inbound personal packages as directed;
  • Verifies inbound items are shelf/saleable ready; labels/re-packs as needed;
  • Stocks parts transferred from other facilities and fills out internal documents as needed;
  • Opens, logs, and transfers returned goods to the Returns department and helps re-box and stock large, returned goods;
  • Forwards return transfer documents to supervisor for adjustments;
  • Cuts stock to size to fill order;
  • Moves or transports material or supplies to other departments;
  • Helps Zone Pickers with large items requiring the use of powered lifts; and
  • Provides backup to domestic shipping as needed.

Picking:
Replenishes and picks customer orders while maintaining a neat and orderly work environment within establishments by performing the following duties:

  • Uses RF equipment to pick customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or replenishments as well as determining items to be moved, gathered, or distributed while maintaining production standard;
  • Conveys materials and items from receiving areas/conveyor belt to stocking or other storage areas;
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as home location, size, type, style, color, or product code;
  • Picks customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or carts, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department;
  • Verifies materials are marked with identifying information;
  • Opens boxes, pallets, and other containers;
  • Counts items for distribution within DC to ensure conformance to company standards;
  • Uses handheld RF equipment to enter records; and
  • Can be certified to drive electric lift to transport stored items from stock locations to shipping stations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a safe manner while ensuring accuracy in all transactions and to meet and maintain the position’s production requirements;
  • Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 70 pounds;
  • Close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus;
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Panel Technician Trainee – Memphis, TN

The Panel Technician Trainee selects and prepares panel back plates and enclosures with assembly of components in preparation for panel wiring. Will cross-train as Panel Technician I to assemble enclosures, protection, communication, and control devices, such as switches, relays, transformers, transmitters, and switchboards for low complexity or repeat panels (as defined by Kele standards).

Commercial BAS Account Executive – Greater New England Area

The Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue from potential customers and increasing wallet share of existing CCI customers by networking, visiting, calling or other means. They are required to grow and retain existing accounts by planning persuasive approaches and presenting new solutions and services to convince customers to increase their business volume with the company. The Account Executive works with mid and senior level management, inside branch sales and technical staff, and marketing.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience and thorough knowledge of BAS applications, products, and market, to include the solutions/services the company provides, the company’s competitors, customers, consultants, contractors, and end users
  • Undergraduate/bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Tridium certification or CEM preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in customer service skills, proactive telephone, and face-to-face selling skills
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and use company software
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Manager, Materials Management – Bensenville, IL

The Manager of Materials Management is responsible for directing purchasing and materials management team in executing daily operations and continuously improving the materials management function by creating, implementing, and maintaining processes to measure, monitor, and optimize inventory performance and better manage purchasing and materials management tasks.

Inside Industrial Sales Consultant – Tulsa, OK

The primary role of the Sales Consultant is to generate revenue from select accounts and increase wallet share of existing customers by networking, emailing, calling or other means. They are required to grow and retain existing accounts by planning persuasive approaches and presenting new solutions and services to convince customers to increase their business volume with the company. The Sales Consultant works with A-tech management, outside sales, product specialists, plant managers, maintenance technicians, and buyers within targeted accounts.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two to four years of undergraduate work or associate’s degree
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use company software
