A series of mergers and acquisitions between Therm Gas, Mortemp Company, and Portland-based Industrial Controls Company, led to the creation of MI Controls, Inc. in 2001.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Our Future<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Acquired by Kele, Inc. in 2018, MI Controls has been a meaningful part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kele.com\/content\/kelecompanies\">Kele Companies<\/a> family for years.
