Kele Branch Transformation FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

We’re making it official! Control Consultants Inc. (CCI) and Temperature Control Systems (TCS) are now Kele. MI Controls (MIC) will soon become Kele.  These are the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Why are you making the change?

We see an opportunity to further strengthen our CCI, TCS, and MIC customer experience by giving you, our customers, a true e-commerce experience we know you have been missing. Coupled with the expertise of the teams who will continue to serve you at the local level, it’s a win-win.

Having Kele locations in 9 major metros also allows us to bring our best-selling Kele products closer to our customers, improving our already fast delivery times for products we know you need quickly.

When is the rebrand happening in my area?

CCI and TCS are now Kele.  We expect MIC to transition in March 2026.

I need to set Kele up as a vendor in our system. Where can I find the A/R information?

Our Kele, Inc. W-9 form can be found HERE.

Our Kele, Inc. updated ACH remittance information can be found HERE.

Our Kele Remittance Address is:

KELE INC
PO BOX 734825
DALLAS, TX 75373-4825

Any questions can be directed to Kele-AR@kele.com

Will my account number change?

This will vary by branch, but generally, if your company already has a Kele account, then you will use that account number moving forward.  If you do not currently have a Kele account, then a Kele Customer ID will be created for you. Accounting contacts will be notified with details regarding instances where accounts are merged or created. For questions, please reach out to Kele-AR@kele.com

Will my current sales tax exemption carry over?

Kele, Inc. collects sales tax in all states where required.

If you are tax-exempt or purchase items for resale, we must have a valid exemption or resale certificate on file under Kele, Inc. for your exemption to continue following our branch consolidation.

If you previously provided a certificate to:

  • CCI or TCS – You must submit a new certificate referencing Kele, Inc. and include your Customer ID to Kele-AR@kele.com

  • MIC – If you previously submitted a valid exemption or resale certificate to MIC for Washington purchases, no additional action is required at this time. If your exemption status changes or you have questions about your specific situation, please contact Kele-AR@kele.com

If we do not have a valid certificate on file at the time of invoicing, applicable sales tax will be charged based on the ship-to location and state requirements.

Important:

  • Blanket resale or tax-exempt certificates must be on file prior to invoicing.

  • Job-specific or project-based exemptions must be provided at the time the order is placed.

  • Exemption requirements vary by state and ship-to location.

Our goal is to ensure your exemption status remains properly documented so unnecessary sales tax is not charged.

How do I set up an account on kele.com?

How do you pronounce Kele?

We love this one. Kele is pronounced like you would say Kelly Green.

Will I lose my account history with CCI, TCS and MIC?

No, if your company doesn’t have a current Kele account, your respective CCI, TCS, and MIC accounts will be migrated to Kele. Although select customers will get a new account number, your order history will be maintained by Kele and accessible by Kele team members should it be needed for re-orders, returns, or other needs.
