ACI BAS/HVAC Temperature Sensors

ACI Series sensors are designed specifically for HVAC system temperature control. The room, duct, immersion, and OSA sensors come in thermistor and RTD sensor curves compatible with most BAS systems available today.

Room sensors are vented for indoor use with options that include set point adjust, push-button override, digital displays, communication jacks, and custom logos. Duct sensors come with a foam-backed handy box and 8" probe. Averaging sensors come with a foam-backed handy box and in 12' (3.7m) or 24' (7.3) lengths. Immersion sensors come with a handy box and stainless steel strap for 5" (12.7 cm) pipes. The 1.5" (3.8 cm) copper plate with foam-backed pad offers excellent continuous pipe contact. OSA sensors mount in a NEMA 4 box with weather shield and easy-mount tabs.

Overall the ACI product line is good and works well with the BAS systems I supply and install. When I need to measure the temperature of a pipe I will typically use a well type sensor but that is not always an option. The strap-on sensor for 5" or less pipe is my first choice because of its design and simplicity of installation.
Pros: Good value, Always in stock, designed well
Cons: there are larger pipes

ACI sensors have been a great value to us as it can be used on more then just one system with little to no changes to teh program or hardware.
My Favorite Feature The best feature is the support team that I can call to answer any of my questions or concerns.
Pros: Always in stock
Cons: the part numbers do not always match
