The Model LD300 reports the presence of water within a predetermined zone. The Model LD300 is a single zone system with a visual alarm indicator and a separate output relay for leaks and fault detection.The Model LD300 continuously monitors up to 300' (91m) of water leak detection cable and is ideal for small areas. If conductive fluid contacts the sensing cable anywhere along its length, the module will activate a leak relay, and flash the LED, clearly indicating fluid has been detected. If the sensing cable is cut or comes loose, the module will activate a cable fault by flashing the LED and activating a fault relay.The Model LD300 also features two jumper selectable leak detection thresholds for adjusting the sensitivity of the leak/fault detection circuit.

This product was just what we needed. We increased the sensitivity to high and it sensed water right away when applied - took a cloth and wiped it off and it went out of alarm right away.
My Favorite Feature Light/contacts indicating fault and alarm conditions.
Pros: accuracy, fault & alarm contacts
Cons: expensive

great product, installed the device with no problems, comes with nc/no contacts to sync with your cms system. installed the fault relay output to avoid nuisance calls.
