A standalone lighting control system can have limitations or may be inoperable. What happens when the guy who’s always programmed the system retires? Or better yet, the company making the relays with a high failure rate decides they won’t produce them anymore.

A building with an Automation System provides a single point of control for HVAC, Security, and Lighting.  The integrated retrofit kit enables reuse of materials, reduces labor, but upgrades the “Brains” to superior lighting controls.
