The RAD-1 is a wall mounted remote alarm indication station mounted on a stainless steel plate. Any contact closure alarm initiating device that can switch 24VAC or DC can be used with the RAD-1.

Alarm Repeat Time:None, or 1 to 7 in one-minute increments, or 10 to 70 minutes in 10-minute increments

Alarm Status Relay:SPDT, 0.5A @ 24 VAC, 1.0A @ 30 VDC

This alarm allowed me to install a basic system and tie it into our control line for a fraction of the cost for a self-contained room monitor system. The owner liked the low profile.

I have found the RAD-1 to be a good product for our HVAC applications. It is easy to use, has simple directions for installation and is an effictive method for our local alarms requirements. The power consumption is minimal and the life span is appropriate for our needs.
My Favorite Feature The ability to be utilized by any of our controls systems line of products.
